We're looking for an Executive – Warehousing Operations to join our Supply Chain team and learn the fundamentals of warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG workplace. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and understand how products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer.
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches.
Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Learn and contribute to warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management processes.
Support audits and compliance activities while maintaining operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related disciplines.
0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/WMS is an added advantage.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a hands-on approach.
