Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate VMC and HMC machines for trial and production runs.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and parameters to optimize machining processes.
- Develop, calibrate, and optimize CNC programs for Horizontal Machining Centers using G-code and M-code.
- Conduct first-off part validations and prove-outs to ensure quality and precision.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain work area and machinery to comply with safety and quality standards.
