Work you’ll do
As a TCII in this role,
you will have a unique opportunity to be part of a small, but growing team, dedicated to assisting clients with M&A; support from a tax perspective. You will gain first-hand experience in a wide range of industries and assist clients in making increasingly complex tax decisions that impact their business.
Responsibilities:
For both buy-side and sell-side transactions, assist our corporate and private equity clients with:
Tax due diligence
Tax structuring
Tax modeling
Understand the standard M&A; deal process and use the tools & technologies to prepare and review tax due diligence reports, databooks, structure decks and models for C-suite audience and M&A; deal teams.
Understand and apply the tax technical concepts to perform complex tax research and formulate tax-planning strategies.
Conduct extensive tax research involving complex technical tax issues across a broad spectrum of federal tax law (e.g. Subchapter C,
