Job description:
- We are hiring for International BPOs for Voice process only, catering to the US and UK markets in Customer Service, Sales, and 3rd Party Collections (inbound and outbound).
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and product/service-related issues.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps when needed.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure first call resolution and deliver an excellent customer experience.
