Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Manage hiring for Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Relationship Management, Insurance, and other Non-IT business functions.
Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, Shine, Foundit (Monster), employee referrals, social media, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, evaluate candidate fitment, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment SLAs and turnaround time (TAT).




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring sales positions.
Negotiate salary, release offers, and coordinate joining formalities.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives as required.

Qualifications

Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience in Non-IT Sales/BFSI/Insurance hiring.
Hands-on experience with multiple job portals and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced env
