Your Role: Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce

As a Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc. You will drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, and work cross-functionally to optimize performance across listings, inventory, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)





Account Management & Growth
Own P&L; for all quick commerce platforms
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across categories, SKUs, and cities
Build robust relationships with platform account managers
Assortment & Listing Optimization
Ensure all SKUs are live, optimized, and performing well
Continuously improve product visibility, content, and discoverability
Launch new SKUs in a timely and structured manner
Inventory & Supply Coordination
Work closely with supply chain and operations to maintain optimal inventory levels
Minimize stockouts and ensure high fill rates across platforms
Plan inventory based on demand trends and platform insights
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, discounts, and promotions
Monitor campaign performance and optimize spends for maximum ROI
Collaborate with marketing for creatives and visibility boosts
