Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a agile and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as ‘Manager – Infrastructure’. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various infrastructure projects, under the purview of the Infrastructure vertical of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Independently manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion,



ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Planning and Design: Prepare plan, estimate, drawings, design and execute proper implementation of civil projects as per organisational plan.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, and community representatives, to ensure seamless execution of projects and obtain necessary approvals.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting, Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare regular technical, progress reports & documentation, develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or safety.
