The Human Resources and People Strategy team at Navi manages the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development. They partner closely with both tech and non-tech business teams to design and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a thriving, high-performance organizational culture.

About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven HR Systems to own and optimize our HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you will be the backbone of our People Tech stack—ensuring seamless configurations, robust data governance, and smooth integrations across our multiple HR tools like HRMS (preferably Darwinbox), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Performance Management System (PMS).

Key Responsibilities
1. System Administration & Configuration
Platform Management:



Serve as the primary administrator for our core HR systems, including HRMS (Darwinbox preferred), ATS, and PMS.
Workflow Configuration: Design, configure, and maintain system workflows, approval matrices, access controls, and module updates based on evolving business needs.
System Maintenance: Proactively identify system gaps, propose optimization strategies, and implement configuration changes to improve user experience.
2. Data Governance & Reporting
Data Integrity: Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure 100% accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance (e.g., GDPR/data privacy laws) across all platforms.
Data Updates: Execute bulk data uploads, mass history updates, and regular audits to maintain clean database health.
Reporting & Automation: Design, build, and automate routine and ad-hoc HR reports/dashboards (turnaround times, attrition, performance metrics) to support leadership decision-making.
