About the role: AGFA is dedicated to enhancing our HR processes and systems to ensure the best employee experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Architect with a solid Functional Analyst background to join our ICS team and support our global HR department. In this role 60% of your time, you will architecture an HRIS future of AGFA, whilst the remaining 40% you will be hands-on to evolve and maintain our SuccessFactors solution together with our HR team and IT partners.
About You: You are a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors professional with an architectural mindset. You have a very good understanding of the core HR process and corresponding SuccessFactors functionalities.
You are pro-active, self-driven and well-organized.
You can communicate very clearly in English, have can-do attitude, and deliver on promise.

Responsibilities:
Drive modernization of AGFA HRIS landscape, evolving and integrating it.
Lead the evolution and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors to meet changing business needs. Collaborate with HR to understand requirements and implement effective solutions. Work with outsource IT implementation partners to configure a solution.
Design and lead building integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
Provide expert support to the HR team in the use, evolution, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, OnBoarding, Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals and Succession Planning.
