About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR documentation. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Support the onboarding process, including document verification, joining formalities, and induction coordination.

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR operations.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and MIS.





Coordinate background verification and employee documentation.

Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication activities.

Assist in drafting offer letters, internship letters, HR policies, and other HR-related documents.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Support performance management, learning & development, and other HR initiatives.

Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
