1: Revenue & Market Growth

Identify and recruit new channel partners wherever needed.
Deliver growth through channel partners.
Expand market share across key segments and Government departments.
Identify new growth pockets, low market share areas, and key accounts and formulate growth plans.
Drive closure discipline and enquiry conversion.
Drive HKVA business growth through focused account penetration, project tracking, and conversion.
Develop and execute segment-wise strategies for HKVA products across industries, infrastructure projects, institutions, and Government customers.
Build a robust pipeline of HKVA opportunities and improve conversion rates across identified key accounts.

2: Strengthen dealer capability, engagement, and accountability

Ensure:

Commercial discipline (pricing, credit, collections)
Branding & Activities planning and implementation
Adequate manpower at dealer level

Drive channel productivity improvement
Collaborate with internal team
Develop dealer capability for HKVA opportunity identification, solution selling,



and project management.Ensure channel partners actively promote and pursue HKVA opportunities within their territories.

3. E-Powerol & Digital Enquiry Ecosystem

Own E-Powerol platform effectiveness:

Database management of enquiries
Tracking and improving conversion funnel

Ensure:

Scheme communication and clarity
Dealer motivation and adoption
Regular engagement to drive volumes

Build “brain equity” (market intelligence, data insights, customer trends)

4. Dealer Management & Capability Building

Focus on:

Performance management
Capability building
Succession planning (develop next line of leaders)

Build technical and commercial capability of dealers and team members on HKVA products, applications, and competitive positioning.
Coach dealers on project selling, tender participation, and large account management for HKVA business
