Overview
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Application Analyst will be responsible for collaborating proactively with cross-functional team members to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel and internal customers to provide very responsive support to this global application.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Work with global cross-functional business teams to handle enhancement requests independently or working with the development team
Proficient in software development lifecycles namely Waterfall and Secure Agile Methodology.
To understand business requirements from technical or non-technical artifacts and translate them into business requirements for dev and qa teams.
Navigate solution design with architects and dev managers and work towards the proposed solution.




Responsible for setups and functional testing application software across production support, enhancements, and projects.
Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution.
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
Manage multiple complex projects that require coordination between development, QA and product team using Agile methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban, Scaled Agile etc. as required.
Ability to handle custom in-house built applications and packaged solutions such as Oracle, Microsoft, and Salesforce solutions.

Scope Document
Business Requirements Document
