About the Role
This role owns the delivery and operations backbone of Innovaccer's GSI partner motion. It sits at the intersection of Innovaccer's internal delivery organization and our GSI partners' Centers of Excellence (COEs), with the mandate to turn visibility into projects, delivery gaps, and skill needs into a systematic pipeline of staffing and COE-build opportunities for our GSI partners. This is a build-and-run role for someone who thinks in systems, not just tickets.
What Success Looks Like
- Portfolio visibility: You can name, at any point, which active Innovaccer engagements are healthy, which are at risk, and which have an open resourcing gap a GSI could fill.
- COE skill mapping: GSI partners have a living,
current picture of the Gravity skill sets, certifications, and delivery capacity Innovaccer needs from their COE.
- Engagement models: Staff augmentation and T&M; engagement models with GSI partners are documented, repeatable, and defensible on commercial terms.
- Risk-to-opportunity conversion: Struggling projects get matched to GSI delivery capacity rapid enough to prevent escalation, not after.
