Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader, EY GDS Consulting (Assistant Director)

Are you a strategic communications advisor and a marketer? We’re looking for an Assistant Director in our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Consulting team to support the marketing and internal engagement experience — to define and execute impactful and compelling strategies, plans and materials to communicate to employees, potential employees and EY client service teams.

The individual would be responsible for defining and executing impactful and compelling strategies, plans and materials to communicate to employees, potential employees and EY Core Business Service teams.

Key responsibilities
- Leading strategic communications and stakeholder engagement to elevate the visibility and impact of GDS services while strengthening the EY brand across all touchpoints.
- Robust project management and execution capabilities, managing multiple strategic projects together.
- Translate complex business strategies into clear, measurable communication plans that drive alignment and deliver tangible results aligned with organizational goals.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Technology and Business Consulting teams, providing expert guidance on navigating their strategic priorities through effective communication.
