As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tester, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end CRM implementations, developing comprehensive test strategies, and collaborating with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to ensure successful project delivery. You will play a key role in identifying defects, improving testing processes, and ensuring that D365 solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans,



test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and end-to-end testing across D365 modules
- Validate business processes, workflows, customizations, configurations, plugins, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 environment
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and define effective testing strategies
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects while working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
- Verify CRM enhancements, customizations, reports, dashboards, security roles, and data integrity before production deployment
- Execute API, interface, and integration testing between Dynamics 365 and third-party enterprise applications
