Job Role:-
The Manager – Human Resources is responsible for implementing the organization's HR strategy and managing end-to-end human resource operations. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development,



HR compliance, employee relations, HRMIS, and policy implementation while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace aligned with the mission and values of India Child Protection.
Key Responsibility Areas:-
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Coordinate workforce planning with department heads.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and probation management.
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle processes including appointments, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee HRMIS, attendance, leave, and personnel records.
Ensure timely HR reporting and documentation.
Performance Management
Coordinate the organization's performance management system.
