What success looks like in this role:
CRM & Platform Administration
Own end-to-end CRM campaign creation and execution, including automation rules that ensure accurate attribution and reliable reporting.
Manage data imports and ongoing data integrity across the CRM, forms, landing pages, and third-party data sources — preventing orphaned leads, broken tracking, and duplicate records.
Troubleshoot system errors affecting lead flow, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and minimize disruption.
Lead CRM improvement initiatives by identifying process and data gaps, then partnering with stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
Manage lead flow and the lead revenue cycle, tracking conversions and MQL/SQL delivery while reporting on lead quality.
Audit conversion funnels regularly to identify where prospects stall or drop off and recommend fixes.
Partner with Field Marketing to build and refine lead scoring models that prioritize high-intent buyers.
Create feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to continuously sharpen lead definitions and target audiences.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver performance reporting across channels, campaigns, and initiatives — including targeting strategy — surfacing insights and recommendations proactively.
Evaluate performance against KPIs, using analytics to uncover trends and translate them into explicit, actionable takeaways for stakeholders.
Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to support evolving marketing and business needs.
Strategy & Engagement
Stay current on digital and social trends, applying best practices to keep strategies effective.
Recommend and implement tactics that strengthen customer engagement across digital channels.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 4 years’ experience with Salesforce CRM and 1 years’ experience with Account Engagement
