About the Opportunity

We're hiring for a unique HR Business Partner role with a quick-growing, founder-led organization.

This is not a traditional HRBP position focused on HR operations or employee lifecycle management. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through people, partnering with leadership, and helping build a high-performing organization.

You'll work closely with business leaders to shape organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent strategy, and culture while enabling business growth.

What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Coach and influence leaders on team performance, talent decisions, and organizational design.
- Use people insights and business data to improve productivity, engagement, and business outcomes.




- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, and other COEs to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Support leadership in building scalable teams, succession plans, and high-performance cultures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people and organizational matters.
