RBS Upstream Defects Elimination team is looking for Sr. Program Manager to drive defect elimination for WW Retail under Buying Defects program. In this role, you will be expected to partner with upstream tech, product and retail teams to identify structural defects in the way the buying systems and tools work. You will work closely work with senior leadership team in Retail WW to problem solve, identify solutions and deliver cost saving through implementation of systemic fixes. You will work at the juncture of product, GenAI driven tools and business impact creation. Key success factors for this role will be performance on Business goals, Vendor and Customer Experience and COI (Cost Out Initiative) or incremental revenue.
Candidate Profile
Candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Vendor Management and Retail Operations. Additionally, you will have program management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive project execution. Lastly, you will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology based,
highly scalable - while maintaining a valuable customer and business partner focus.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities of this leader include:
· Identify system defects requiring manual efforts downstream, partner with owner teams and designing solutions for WW Stores to eliminate them at the place of origin.
· Own and Deliver on VIP metrics like UHI, buying automation, forecasting accuracy%, etc. Set up review mechanisms with partner teams to drive performance
· Lead WBR/MBR/QBR reviews for the org with Senior leadership across Retail and RBS
