We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development and IT services projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver software development and IT services projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, development teams, QA, DevOps, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project schedules using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status meetings.
Ensure quality standards, project governance,



and documentation are maintained.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle scope changes, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience managing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall projects.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and project estimation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
