Senior IT Customer Support Analyst, Desktop Support
KBR is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Team Lead to provide advanced desktop support and technical leadership for enterprise technology services across India and supported global locations. This role serves as a senior escalation resource responsible for troubleshooting complex issues involving Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, collaboration platforms, and related infrastructure technologies while ensuring effective service delivery and customer support.
In addition to providing hands-on technical expertise, the successful candidate will mentor support staff, help drive process improvements, and collaborate with regional and global IT teams to improve operational performance. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support across a diverse and geographically distributed environment.
This is a full-time position based in India and may support both local and global operations.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Escalation Leadership
Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex desktop, endpoint, and user support issues.
Provide customer support to internal and external customers within established service levels.
Stage, configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, workstations, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
Perform advanced break/fix troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for endpoint hardware and software issues.
