Your Role

Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder relationships, resolving escalations, and building trusted advisor partnerships at CXO level.
SAP Delivery & Engagement ManagementLead end-to-end SAP Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance (AM) engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SAP Financials and related solutions.
Project & Program ManagementManage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and communications while driving projects to successful outcomes.




Business Growth & Account ExpansionIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding SAP service offerings within existing client accounts.
Governance & Performance ManagementTrack delivery KPIs, provide strategic recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to project governance standards.

Your Profile

SAP Delivery ExpertiseStrong experience in SAP AD/AM engagements, SAP Financials, and end-to-end engagement delivery (not SAP Basis).
Project Management ExcellenceDeep understanding of PMI Knowledge Areas including Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Risk, Integration, and Communication Management.
Stakeholder & Change ManagementProven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, drive change initiatives, and influence senior business leaders.
Leadership & Client ManagementStrong leadership, team management, relationship-building, negotiation, and CXO-level communication skills.
