We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage key Human Resources and Administration functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Time Office Management, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, and Administrative Support. This role requires robust organizational skills, knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Publish job postings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.

Time Office Management
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and regularization requests.
- Maintain accurate attendance data and generate monthly reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to address attendance discrepancies and employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.

Payroll Administration
- Prepare and verify payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
