Job Description




The Senior Executive – Administration will be responsible for managing end-to-end site administration and employee support services across the site ensuring a secure, compliant, efficient and employee-centric workplace.

The role will drive day-to-day administration including housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, facility services, contract labour governance, vendor management, office infrastructure, statutory compliance and employee engagement support. The incumbent will work closely with HR, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Procurement and business functions to ensure seamless site operations while driving operational excellence, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Ensure smooth day-to-day administration across the site.
