The Site Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality information across all merchandising assets, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met at the highest standard. This role involves strategizing and scheduling content for browse pages and other site pages, compiling and analyzing traffic and web metrics, and reporting performance insights to management.
The individual will independently propose, plan, and execute new features, stores, and launches with minimal supervision, collaborating with design and categories teams to meet project objectives. They will establish cross-functional goals, coordinate with category teams for execution, and drive site improvements to completion by working alongside marketing and designers across the team.

Technical & Professional Requirements
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to quickly learn in-house tools
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively across teams
