Purpose
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Pharma Solutions Business Group by enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the sales team across various regions. This position is dedicated to optimizing commercial processes. By doing so, the specialist ensures that the sales team can focus on their core responsibilities, ultimately driving growth and client satisfaction.
The Sales Operations Specialist will work with Account Managers, Sales Lead and Regional Head of Sales, Business Monitoring,
Customer Care and the Excellence Team, Technical Developers and marketing

Sales Process Optimization (related to Market to Sales Agreement processes)
Streamlining and improving sales workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity. This involves identifying and implementing improvements in processes and systems, reducing administrative burdens, and ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across various departments: Sales Operations lead, Business Monitoring, Sales Excellence and all Internal stakeholders.
Support on Commercial activities
Managing Cross-functional projects: Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution (e.g. MSA/NDA, Consignment Stock)
Lead Management and Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead management and support pre-sales activities to drive customer enga
