Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative and detail oriented Senior Executive– Social Media Marketing to lead the social media presence of Disney India and National Geographic India. The role will drive brand growth, audience engagement, content marketing and campaign amplification across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn( Nat Geo only) and YouTube. The ideal candidate will combine robust storytelling capabilities, platform expertise and data-driven decision-making to build audience affinity, support content launches, strengthen fandoms and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand, content and marketing objectives.
Manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with programming priorities, campaigns, seasonal moments and business goals.
Create and execute engaging social-first content across static, video, reels, stories, and trend-led formats.
Drive franchise and character-led storytelling to build fandoms, cultural relevance, and audience engagement ( Disney)
Leverage platforms as a key marketing channel, amplifying social media for content launches, premieres, tentpole events, partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns.
Build and nurture online communities through audience interaction, creator collaborations, UGC and real-time trend participation.
Explore and recommend monetization opportunities across platforms, including creator collaborations, branded content initiatives, platform monetization programs and
