Firsthand experience using industry standard ticketing systems, like Heat, Service Now.




Extensive hands-on experience with latest Microsoft products like Azure, One Drive, Office 365
Hands-on experience with computer hardware.
Basic IT Security knowledge
Good knowledge on handling Active Directory related tasks.
Good Knowledge on remote control tools like TeamViewer.
Ability to read, understand and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.
Basic Idea about Artificial Intelligence.
