As Deputy Manager within the Supply Chain Planning & Control division, you will
play a pivotal role in managing inventory to ensure smooth operations between
supply chain and manufacturing. Your core responsibilities will include
maintaining agreed-upon inventory levels by continuously monitoring raw
materials and components flow, contributing to planning efforts to define
optimal stock levels and exercising adjustment authority as needed.
You will enforce compliance with the company’s policies and procedures around
inventory management, lead initiatives to implement effective loss prevention
techniques, and foster collaboration between procurement and manufacturing teams
to align stock availability with production demands.
Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and
operational excellence of the Materials Logistics & Loss Prevention (MLL) staff,
driving performance, and ensuring team adherence to organizational standards.
Your role will require proactive problem-solving to quickly address any supply
chain disruptions, and regularly reporting on inventory metrics to support
strategic decision making at the Farm Division level.
Your contributions will be essential in enabling efficient supply chain
operations, reducing waste, and maintaining cost-effective inventory levels that
support the manufacturing schedule without interruption.
