Purpose and Mission
Responsible for overseeing an entire product portfolio and providing strategic direction. Manages the entire product portfolio through the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. The mission is to ensure that the product meets customer needs, aligns with business objectives, and delivers maximum value to the organization.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Product Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Product Roadmap Management:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and timeline for product development.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing,
