Job Requirements
Purpose:
The role is responsible for end-to-end execution of a designated high-rise tower, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety norms through solid on-ground management and coordination with PMC, contractors, and internal teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day construction execution (civil, structural, finishing, MEP) for the assigned tower
Prepare and track daily/weekly execution plans aligned to project schedule
Monitor site progress and ensure milestone adherence (slab cycle, finishing timelines)
Coordinate with PMC, contractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues quickly
Ensure quality compliance as per drawings; minimize rework and defects
Enforce strict safety standards and ensure zero major incidents
Track material requirements and coordinate for timely availability
Verify and certify contractor bills based on actual progress




Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and highlight risks proactively
Educational Qualification
BE Civil
Experience
10+ years of experience in construction management in Real Estate/Construction Industry
Skills
· Proven working experience in construction management
· Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
· Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
· Understanding of all facets of the construction process
· Familiarity with construction management software packages
· Ability to plan and see the big picture
· Competent in conflict and crisis management
· Leadership and human resources management skills
· Excellent time and project management skills
