MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
Certifications in Labour Laws, Payroll, HR Analytics, or HRMS will be an added advantage.
Experience: 3–6 years (versatile based on capability, manufacturing/plant exposure, and leadership experience).
Compensation: 4-8Lpa
Role Overview
The Manager – Human Resources & Administration will lead the end-to-end HR and Administration function by driving workforce planning, talent management, payroll and statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, HR systems, and office administration. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can build people capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, streamline administrative operations, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
· Develop and execute HR and Administration strategies, annual plans,



workforce planning initiatives, organizational development programs, and departmental objectives aligned with business goals.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
· Manage the complete employee lifecycle including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, employee engagement, separation, exit formalities, and analysis of attrition trends.
Payroll, Compliance & HR Governance
· Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour law adherence, HR audits, regulatory documentation, and implementation of HR policies while coordinating with Finance and external agencies to ensure accurate and compliant HR operations.
Performance Management & Employee Development
· Design, implement, and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS), competency frameworks, goal-setting processes, performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
