I. Purpose of the Role




Bekaert is seeking an experienced ISMS GRC Manager to lead and strengthen our global Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) programme.The ISMS GRC Manager will lead Bekaert’s global Information Security Management System and cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance programme. The role is responsible for strengthening security governance, managing cyber risk processes, supporting regulatory and customer compliance, driving policy governance, coordinating cyber maturity and assurance activities, and enabling clear executive reporting to the CISO, IT leadership and governance committees.The role must ensure that cybersecurity risks are identified, assessed, governed, escalated and tracked in a structured, risk-based and business-aligned manner.The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling secure digital transformation, regulatory compliance and executive-level cybersecurity governance.II.
