Summary:

This role is critical to ensuring accurate tracking, management, and lifecycle oversight of IT assets across multiple locations. The professional will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive asset records, conducting regular audits and physical verifications, and ensuring compliance with change control and inventory management processes. By leveraging HPITOM tools and supporting cross-functional coordination, the individual will drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and reporting integrity. This position plays a key role in supporting financial, compliance, and operational requirements through timely reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with system records to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records of asset lifecycle activities, including installation, relocation, modification, and disposal across all PAN locations.
- Manage IT asset data in HPITOM, including desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, mobiles, iPads, scanners,



and other hardware.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes by updating asset details for current and resigned users.
- Prepare and submit half-yearly PAV (Physical Asset Verification) reports to the client in the prescribed format.
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports as per customer requirements.
- Verify incoming IT assets against purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery advices.
- Track and maintain records of faulty, disposed, and end-of-life (EOL) assets.
- Maintain a centralized repository of procured hardware with complete details, including AMC, warranty information, and vendor data.
- Provide management with reports on asset utilization, lifecycle status, and retirement planning.
- Support FNF (Full and Final) settlement processes by providing accurate asset input to relevant departments.
