About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic and creative Campaign Strategist Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming client objectives into impactful marketing solutions by developing innovative campaign strategies, influencer-led concepts, and integrated brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Development

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on client objectives, target audience insights, brand positioning, and market trends. Create innovative campaign approaches that effectively leverage influencer marketing, branded content, and digital platforms.

Client Brief Analysis & Solution Design

Interpret and evaluate client briefs to identify business objectives, communication challenges, and growth opportunities. Translate these insights into customized marketing solutions that align with client expectations and brand goals.

Creative Conceptualization

Lead the ideation process for influencer marketing campaigns by developing creative themes, content frameworks, campaign narratives,



and audience engagement strategies. Ensure all concepts are culturally relevant, innovative, and aligned with current digital trends.

Influencer & Platform Strategy

Recommend suitable influencer categories, creator profiles, content formats, and platform combinations based on campaign objectives, audience behavior, and industry insights. Design creator-led approaches that maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Proposal & Pitch Development

Create high-quality strategic presentations, campaign proposals, and pitch decks for prospective and existing clients. Present campaign concepts with clear rationale, expected outcomes, and value propositions

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, emerging creator trends, platform innovations, and consumer behavior patterns to identify recent opportunities and strengthen campaign recommendations
