JOB SUMMARY
Roles & Responsibilities -- HV Motors & MV Drives
The position oversees end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of materials,



cost optimization, supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and robust coordination with production, quality, and engineering.

Strategic Supply Chain Planning à Responsibilities

Develop long term supply chain strategy aligned with business goals (cost, speed, flexibility).
Plan procurement and inventory policies for copper, steel laminations, castings, insulation systems, power electronics, Power cells, magnetics, and resins.
Build SCM resilient SCM as per Forecast demand for HV Motors and MV Drives based on sales pipeline.
Ensure alignment between planning, production, and supplier capacities.
