Role Overview
The Project Planning & Production Control Lead is responsible for developing and managing project and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. The role works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and other cross-functional teams to align material availability,



manufacturing capacity, and project milestones.The position plays a critical role in capacity planning, resource optimization and production scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in close coordination with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
· Monitor project milestones and overall progress, and provide timely weekly status reports to management
· Collaborate with production teams to understand capacity, resource availability and production capacity to create accurate schedule
· Sound knowledge in capacity planning and identify the bottleneck resources/process
· Ensure sufficient loading of machines. Monitor daily output in terms of quantity as well as time.
· Coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials available on time to start production activities
· Communicate production plans, schedule changes, priorities, and risks to
