Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Orthopedic Technology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Basic understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and common orthopedic conditions (e.g., fractures, joint replacements, arthritis).
- Familiarity with orthopedic procedures, casting techniques, and use of assistive devices.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software (MS Office).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities in a clinical setting.
- Valid certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
