We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Analyst – Growth to help scale customer acquisition efficiently and improve monetisation across the user lifecycle.
Role Overview
The Senior Analyst – Growth will be responsible for analysing and improving the performance of INDmoney’s growth funnel, with a primary focus on:
Top-of-funnel growth
Customer acquisition cost
Channel and campaign efficiency
User quality and activation
ARPU and revenue growth
Marketing measurement and attribution
The role requires someone who can combine data analysis, commercial understanding and digital marketing knowledge to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Funnel Analysis
Analyze the complete top-of-funnel journey across impressions, clicks, installs, registrations,
activation and first transaction and work with Engineering and product to improve these funnels.
Identify funnel leakages, conversion bottlenecks and high-impact optimisation opportunities.
Build cohort-level analysis to evaluate the quality and behaviour of users acquired from different channels, campaigns and customer segments.
Track the movement of users from acquisition to activation, engagement, monetisation and retention.
CAC and spends Efficiency
Monitor and manage customer acquisition costs across paid and organic growth channels.
Evaluate CAC by channel, campaign, platform, creative, geography, product and customer cohort.
Partner with the digital marketing team to optimize campaign allocation and improve return on marketing spend.
Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs without compromising customer quality.
