Why this role exists
We run live research engagements for some of India's biggest consumer brands – Coca-Cola, Britannia, Foxtale – and partner with agencies like WPP. As we grow, there's more happening across the company every week.

We're hiring a Founder's Office Intern to support operations across the business – picking up tasks as they come up, keeping things organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll actually do
Support whatever the company needs that week – client work, hiring, events, ops, admin
Turn undefined tasks into checklists, trackers, or finished output
Follow up with people and gather information proactively to keep things unblocked
Set up simple processes or systems where none exist
Manage multiple priorities at once and ensure nothing is missed

Who we think this is for
Your degree matters less than what you've actually done. We care more about projects, freelance work, or things you've built and run independently than what you studied.

You probably:
Are high-energy and self-motivated – you follow through on what you start




Have relevant experience outside the classroom – a project, freelance work, a club you led, or similar
Learn quickly and adapt easily
Are comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out independently
Are organized and detail-oriented

This role is probably not the right fit if:
You prefer a clearly defined task list to stay productive
You'd rather be told what to do than take initiative
You're looking for a part-time role alongside coursework – this is full time, in-person, starting week one
