Job Description

We are seeking a agile and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in the specified region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory, including Alwar, Neemarana, Behror, and Bharatpur.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure our sales approach remains competitive.




Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Liaise with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and brand image in all interactions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry or with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
