About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Sourcer who enjoys the challenge of finding exceptional candidates others can't.
This role goes far beyond reviewing resumes.
You'll research recent markets, build sourcing strategies, conduct candidate interviews, evaluate talent, and present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
One day you may be sourcing AI Researchers in Germany.
The next, Finance SMEs in the United States.
Then multilingual specialists in Southeast Asia.
