Revit Fire Services Draftsperson (Remote)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Fire Services Draftsperson to join our growing engineering team supporting Australian fire protection projects. This is a fully remote role where you will work closely with Australian engineers, project managers, and BIM coordinators to produce high-quality BIM models, shop drawings, and coordinated documentation for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential developments.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Wet & Dry Fire Protection Systems, Autodesk Revit, and BIM coordination, with an understanding of Australian drafting standards and collaborative remote working environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D BIM models and detailed shop drawings for Wet & Dry Fire Protection Systems using Autodesk Revit.
Produce coordinated drawings for sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels,



fire pumps, clean agent systems, water storage tanks, pipework, supports, and associated fire protection equipment.
Prepare installation, fabrication, and coordination drawings in accordance with Australian project standards and BIM requirements.
Create, modify, and maintain Revit Families for fire protection components and equipment.
Coordinate with Fire Protection Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Structural, and Architectural disciplines to ensure clash-free models.
Perform clash detection using Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360, and resolve coordination issues.
Review consultant drawings, architectural layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and services documentation to ensure design accuracy.
Update and maintain BIM models throughout all project phases, ensuring revisions are accurately incorporated.
