Position Overview
The People Analytics Specialist will transform people data and analysis into meaningful insights and recommendations that support L.E.K.’s People strategy.
The role will provide analytical support across the firm’s People functions and contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects for senior leadership. The successful candidate will play an key role in developing dashboards, improving data quality, supporting reporting requirements and enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with People leadership and other stakeholders to support internal projects and initiatives related to the firm’s People strategy.
Design and develop dashboards, reports and analyses using internal people data.
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
Maintain and perform quality checks on existing People Analytics dashboards, reports and analytical prod
