Job Overview:
Business Head will be responsible for providing strategic sales and operational leadership for the company. The person needs to closely work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to plan growth strategies for examination services business. This role is for our B2G segment; hence the clientele will mainly be top government officials.
Business Head will be instrumental in scaling the business, expanding market presence, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Government Relations and Sales:




Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government officials, agencies, and stakeholders.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive government contracts and partnerships.
Represent the company at public events, meetings, and functions to enhance visibility and reputation.

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the company’s vision and strategic plan to guide the direction of the business.
Drive the growth and profitability of the company by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within the government sector.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Operational Management:
Oversee the company’s operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
