The Role
The Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise platforms and solutions with a robust focus on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) capabilities. This role combines strategic architecture, technical leadership, and functional expertise in PPM to enable efficient project execution and portfolio governance.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise platforms and PPM solutions
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems (cloud/on-premise)
Establish architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices




Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for PPM platforms
PPM Strategy & Implementation
Lead implementation of PPM solutions (ServiceNow PPM, Clarity, Planview, Jira, MS Project)
Define portfolio governance models, workflows, and lifecycle frameworks
Align project portfolios with business strategy and KPIs
Drive standardization of project planning, budgeting, and reporting
Integration & Data Architecture
Design integration architecture between PPM tools and enterprise systems (ERP, Finance, HR, CRM)
Ensure data consistency, governance, and reporting accuracy
Define APIs, middleware, and data pipelines for seamless connectivity
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to business, PMO, and IT leadership
Translate business needs into architecture blueprints and roadmaps
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and analysts
Delivery & Governance
Oversee solution delivery ensuring adherence to architecture standards
