Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of MS Excel, and hands-on experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, MIS, and dashboards using MS Excel.
Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Address employee queries and foster positive employee relations.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Assist management with HR planning and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6–7 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, etc.).
Good understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with HRMS software.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
