ROLE OVERVIEW:
The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives across businesses, with a focus on driving growth, transformation, and business performance. The incumbent will play a key role in driving strategic priorities, tracking execution of key initiatives, and supporting leadership on matters relating to business performance, portfolio strategy, operational transformation, and long-term value creation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
BE/B.Tech./B.Com. in any stream, from Top Colleges/Universities.
MBA from top B-Schools or Qualified CA.
Minimum 8 years of work experience in Strategy, M&A;, Investments role.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant experience in Strategy, Chairman’s/Founder’s Office, Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transformation roles.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business models and strategic issues across sectors.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking capabilities.
Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills are essential.




Proven ability to independently manage workstreams and interact with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
High degree of ownership, maturity, confidentiality, and execution orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility, and collaborative environment.
MBA from a premier institute / CA with solid academic credentials preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with senior leadership in shaping and driving business strategy across various business verticals (Wholesale, Retail).
Lead strategic initiatives and special projects spanning growth strategy, transformation, operational improvement, business incubation, M&A;, and organization-wide priorities.
Structure broad and ambiguous business problems into actionable workstreams through hypothesis-driven analysis, research, and stakeholder engagement.
