About The Role

As part of the Strategic Growth organization, this role supports sales efforts (new, upsell, and renewals) by acting as the key technical CRM and RevOps advisor. Moving away from traditional event logistics,



you will demonstrate how native CRM integrations and the RainFocus Sales Module drive pipeline velocity, governed audience acquisition, and high-level business ROI directly to CROs, CMOs, and CRM Admins.

Essential Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver technical demonstrations of the RainFocus Sales Module to showcase ease of use and revenue ROI to C-level buyers (CRO, CMO, CFO)
Map complex enterprise CRM workflows, including territory hierarchies, quota limits, and multi-level approval chains
Address technical objections from Salesforce Admins and IT Security regarding OAuth scopes, read/write permissions, and data security (SOC 2 Type II)
Transition technical client requirements to the services team via accurate pre-sales scoping and SOW creation, defining support vs. delivery task ownership
Manage external relationships with technical buyers (RevOps, Marketing Ops, CRM Admins) to build long-term strategic partnerships
Identify product gaps or custom data-mapping nee
