Job Summary

The ECM Solution Engineer will design, implement, and support enterprise content management solutions that enable secure, reliable, and scalable business operations. This role combines hands-on engineering, platform administration, system integration, automation, and troubleshooting across ECM, middleware, web, and cloud technologies. The engineer will partner with technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver sustainable solutions,



improve platform performance, and ensure ongoing operational support. Success in this role requires solid technical depth in ECM platforms such as IBM FileNet, integration experience across complex enterprise environments, and the ability to document, communicate, and support solutions effectively.

You Will

Demonstrate detailed working knowledge of Enterprise Content Management technologies to provide a solution that meets the requirements of the initiative while considering long term sustainability and supportability
Research, troubleshoot and resolve problems related to vendor platform software, the applications that run on them and the systems that they interact with
Communicate regularly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and/or others within the organization as needed.
Create documentation of the implemented solution to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing operatio
